The Multiple Grenade Launcher, or MGL for short, is a large weapon found in the lower labs area after the sewers. Its clip size is currently 6 rounds, with a few to reload with. It is unknown if it is possible to find any more ammunition anyway throughout the game. Being a large weapon, switching to anything else will drop it. Along with this, the rounds it fires seem to have the same effects as regular grenades, so firing to close to yourself or at an enemy near you can instantly kill you, or at least do a large amount of damage.
