Trivia[]

There is a leaf-sight attached to use with the Grenade launcher. However, it is unusable.
The M203 Launcher has no reload animation in the current version of Underhell, but that issue is likely resolved in the upcoming version. This can be obeserved by spawning Grenade Ammo via console. This is likely because the weapon uses the Source Engine's SMG1 weapon type, since the SMG1 has no grenade reload animation, the MP5 understandably doesn't, either.
The presence in the game of a modified MP5 with M203 grenade launcher is probably a reference to the movie "End of Days" where the character of Arnold Schwarzenegger uses a similar weapon. It must also be one for the first Half Life game.
