Igor was a butcher in the A.R.C.
Biography[]
Background[]
Not much is known about Igor's past history besides formerly being a butcher before the infestation in the A.R.C., except that he and his younger brother Victor used to fight a lot which resulted in some guards getting injured. But it all came to an end when Masahiro Ito smashed Igor's head against a table, knocking him out and cracking his skull. Victor became silent after that, and the staff installed a metal plate into Igor's head because of his fractured skull. Igor was also moved to the North Wing butchery to avoid any further incidents with Victor.

Chapter One: Welcome to Underhell[]
On September 16th, 2013, Igor has fallen victim to the outbreak in the A.R.C. facility and encounters Jake Hawkfield a couple of times. During his first encounter with Jake, he kills the latter's partner, Hector in the High Security Block (If the later has survived up to that point). He later kills Malcolm in the Eastern Core Access on level 0.
The next day, he is locked in a container on a train in the maintenance area. He then breaks out and kills Alexander Johnson by impaling him with a hook. Jake and Bryan then expose Igor to light outside, weakening the crazed butcher as he dropped do his knees. Jake then aims his pistol at Igor's head before putting him out of his misery.
Gameplay[]
While infected, Igor has the same superhuman strength as his brother Victor. He also carries the same large knife. As with his brother, Igor is invulnerable to all forms of damage, so the player must avoid him. While crawling in the ceiling, Igor will try to stab the player through the ceiling tiles.
