The A.R.C is an underground facility and privately owned maximum security prison located somewhere in the deserts of Arizona. It is the setting of Underhell Chapter 1.

The A.R.C is divided into four different wings (north, south, east and west), and is six levels low. The only entrance to the third floor is from the West Wing.
